- 1 large head of cabbage
- 1 pound ground beef

- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Carefully peel off the cabbage leaves and blanch them in the boiling water for 3-4 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, rice, onion, garlic, crushed tomatoes, parsley, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place a spoonful of the meat mixture onto each cabbage leaf and roll them up, tucking in the sides as you go.
- Arrange the stuffed cabbage rolls in a large pot, seam side down. Pour the broth over the rolls and bring to a simmer.
- Cover and cook for 1 hour, or until the rice is tender and the meat is cooked through.
