Ingredients
- 2 lbs beef chuck, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 onions, chopped

- 1/4 cup tomato paste
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup water
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

- Add the beef cubes and brown them on all sides. Remove the beef from the pot and set aside.
- Add the chopped onions to the pot and cook until they are soft and translucent.

- Return the browned beef to the pot and add the tomato paste, beef broth, and water. Season with salt and pepper.
