German-style Sauerkraut Burger

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup sauerkraut
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese

  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions and form them into burger patties. Season with salt and pepper.
