Ingredients

  • 12 large prawns, deveined and cleaned
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the minced garlic, cumin, paprika, turmeric, coriander, cayenne pepper, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
