Ingredients
- 1 kg large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, turmeric, coriander, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Mix well to form a marinade.
- Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Thread the marinated shrimp onto skewers.
- Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are pink and opaque.
- Remove the shrimp from the grill and serve hot with fresh lemon wedges.
