Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, granulated sugar, salt, and ground cinnamon.
  2. Add the honey, melted butter, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Shape the dough into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Flatten each ball slightly with the palm of your hand.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
