Ingredients
- 500g fresh giant river prawns
- 300g egg noodles
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 red chilies, sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the prawns by removing the shells and deveining them.
- Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions, then set aside.
- Heat the cooking oil in a wok or large pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and onion, and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the prawns and stir-fry until they turn pink and are cooked through.
- Stir in the red chilies, soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and sugar. Cook for 2 minutes.
