Giant River Prawn Noodles (udang Galah Noodles Twist)

Ingredients

  • 500g fresh giant river prawns
  • 300g egg noodles

  • 2 red chilies, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the prawns by removing the shells and deveining them.
  2. Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions, then set aside.
  3. Heat the cooking oil in a wok or large pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and onion, and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add the prawns and stir-fry until they turn pink and are cooked through.
