Ingredients
- 4 sheets of dried seaweed (gim)
- 3 cups cooked short-grain white rice
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 strips of pickled radish (danmuji)
- 4 strips of cooked spinach
- 4 strips of pickled yellow radish (eomuk)
- 4 strips of cooked carrots
- 4 strips of imitation crab sticks
- 4 strips of egg omelette
Instructions
- Place a sheet of dried seaweed on a bamboo sushi mat.
- Spread a thin layer of seasoned rice over the seaweed, leaving a small border at the top edge.
- Arrange the fillings in a line across the center of the rice.
- Roll the gimbap tightly using the bamboo mat, sealing the edge with a bit of water.
- Cut the rolled gimbap into bite-sized pieces and serve with soy sauce for dipping.
