Ingredients
- 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2-inch piece ginger, julienned
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Steamed rice, for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, marinate the sliced beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, Shaoxing wine, and cornstarch. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove the beef from the wok and set aside.
- In the same wok, add a bit more oil if needed. Stir-fry the garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- Return the beef to the wok, add the green onions, and stir-fry for another minute.
- Drizzle with sesame oil and toss to combine. Serve the ginger beef over steamed rice.
