Ginger Garlic Hainan Beef Stir-fry
This Ginger Garlic Hainan Beef Stir-Fry is a delicious and aromatic dish that combines the flavors of Hainan Cuisine with tender beef and fragrant ginger and garlic.
Ingredients
- 1 lb beef, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp ginger, minced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 4 cups cooked rice, for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, marinate the beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and black pepper for 10 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
- Add ginger and garlic, and stir-fry for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the marinated beef and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until cooked through.
- Serve the ginger garlic beef stir-fry over cooked rice.
