Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté garlic, onion, and tomato until fragrant.
  2. If using pork, add the sliced pork and cook until lightly browned.

  4. Pour in the soy sauce and vinegar. Let it simmer for 2 minutes.
