Gluten-free Baked Chicken Tenders

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast tenders
  • 1 cup gluten-free bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
