Gluten-free Beef And Broccoli

Ingredients
- 1 pound flank steak, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup gluten-free soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, cornstarch, and water. Set aside.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced beef and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
- Heat the remaining 1 tablespoon of oil in the same skillet. Add the broccoli florets and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Return the beef to the skillet with the broccoli. Pour the sauce over the beef and broccoli. Cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens and coats the beef and broccoli.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve the gluten-free beef and broccoli over steamed rice or quinoa.
