Gluten Free Oat Bread

Ingredients
- 2 cups gluten-free oat flour
- 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the oat flour, flaxseed, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, then add the honey, applesauce, almond milk, and apple cider vinegar. Mix well.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
