Gluten-free Quiche Lorraine

Ingredients

  • 1 gluten-free pie crust
  • 6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded Gruyère cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
