Gluten-free Shrimp Scampi

Ingredients
- 1 pound gluten-free spaghetti
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the gluten-free spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, until pink and opaque.

- Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat in the buttery sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
