Ingredients

  • 1 pound gluten-free spaghetti
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the gluten-free spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, until pink and opaque.
