Ingredients

  • 1 pound (450g) potato gnocchi
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup (50g) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tablespoons (60g) unsalted butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the gnocchi according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
