Ingredients
- 1 pound (450g) potato gnocchi
- 1/2 cup (120ml) heavy cream
- 1/2 cup (50g) grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tablespoons (60g) unsalted butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the gnocchi according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
