Ingredients

  • 500g fish fillets, cut into pieces

  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2-3 green chilies, slit
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp oil

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions, garlic, and ginger until fragrant.
  2. Add the tomatoes and cook until they turn soft.
  3. Stir in the turmeric, red chili, cumin, and coriander powders.
  4. Pour in the coconut milk and bring the curry to a gentle simmer.
