Goan Fish Recheado Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 lb fish fillets
- 1/2 cup recheado masala
- 1 pre-made pizza crust
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced onions
- 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Marinate the fish fillets with recheado masala and salt. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Place the pizza crust on a baking sheet and brush it with olive oil.
- Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese over the pizza crust.
- Arrange the marinated fish, onions, and bell peppers on top of the cheese.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese over the toppings.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
