Goan Fish Recheado Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 lb fish fillets
  • 1/2 cup recheado masala
  • 1 pre-made pizza crust
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced onions
  • 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Marinate the fish fillets with recheado masala and salt. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
  2. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  3. Place the pizza crust on a baking sheet and brush it with olive oil.
  4. Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese over the pizza crust.
  5. Arrange the marinated fish, onions, and bell peppers on top of the cheese.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese over the toppings.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
