Ingredients
- 1 kg pork, cut into small pieces
- 2 cups vinegar
- 10-12 dry red chilies
- 1 inch ginger, chopped
- 10-12 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp black peppercorns
- 4-5 cloves
- 1 inch cinnamon stick
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Marinate the pork with vinegar and salt for 1 hour.
- Grind the dry red chilies, ginger, garlic, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, and black peppercorns to a fine paste.
- Heat oil in a pan and add cloves and cinnamon. Then, add the ground masala and sauté for a few minutes.
- Add the marinated pork and cook until the pork is tender.
- Adjust the seasoning and serve hot.
