Ingredients

  • 1 kg pork, cut into small pieces
  • 2 cups vinegar
  • 10-12 dry red chilies
  • 1 inch ginger, chopped
  • 10-12 garlic cloves

  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp black peppercorns
  • 4-5 cloves
  • 1 inch cinnamon stick
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate the pork with vinegar and salt for 1 hour.
  2. Grind the dry red chilies, ginger, garlic, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, and black peppercorns to a fine paste.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and add cloves and cinnamon. Then, add the ground masala and sauté for a few minutes.
  4. Add the marinated pork and cook until the pork is tender.
  5. Adjust the seasoning and serve hot.
