Goan Prawn Stuffed Papad

Ingredients
- 10-12 medium-sized prawns, cleaned and deveined
- 4-6 papads
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the prawns with red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, lemon juice, and salt. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the marinated prawns until they are cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- Take a papad and lightly roast it over an open flame until it puffs up. Repeat with the remaining papads.
- Place a spoonful of the cooked prawns on one half of the papad. Fold the other half over the prawns to form a semi-circle. Repeat with the remaining papads and prawns.
- Heat a little oil in a pan and shallow fry the stuffed papads until they are crispy and golden brown on both sides.
- Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
- Serve the Goan Prawn Stuffed Papad hot with your favorite chutney or dip.
