Goan Style Beef Chilli Fry

Ingredients

  • 500g beef, thinly sliced
  • 2 onions, finely chopped
  • 4 green chilies, sliced
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Marinate the beef with turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, ginger-garlic paste, and salt. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions until golden brown.
  3. Add the marinated beef and cook until it changes color.
  4. Add the green chilies and tomatoes, and cook until the beef is tender.
  5. Pour in the vinegar and cook for another 5 minutes.
  6. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
