Ingredients
- 500g beef, thinly sliced
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 4 green chilies, sliced
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste

- 2 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp oil
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Marinate the beef with turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, ginger-garlic paste, and salt. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions until golden brown.
- Add the marinated beef and cook until it changes color.
- Add the green chilies and tomatoes, and cook until the beef is tender.
- Pour in the vinegar and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
