Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-inch ginger, grated
- 2 green chilies, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves, chopped
- Salt to taste
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Oil for frying
- 12 slider buns
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, onion, garlic, ginger, green chilies, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, fresh coriander leaves, and salt.
- Shape the mixture into small patties and coat each patty with breadcrumbs.
- Dip the coated patties in beaten eggs and then coat again with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the patties until golden brown and cooked through.
- Toast the slider buns and assemble the sliders with the beef croquettes.
