Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1-inch ginger, grated
  • 2 green chilies, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Oil for frying
  • 12 slider buns

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, onion, garlic, ginger, green chilies, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, fresh coriander leaves, and salt.
  2. Shape the mixture into small patties and coat each patty with breadcrumbs.
  3. Dip the coated patties in beaten eggs and then coat again with breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the patties until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Toast the slider buns and assemble the sliders with the beef croquettes.
