Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 2 teaspoons red chili powder
- 1 tablespoon coriander seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup fresh coriander leaves
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Salt to taste
- 4 burger buns
- Lettuce, tomato, onion slices for garnish
Instructions
- In a blender, combine ginger-garlic paste, lime juice, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, black pepper, fresh coriander leaves, fresh mint leaves, sugar, and salt. Blend into a smooth paste.
