Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 2 teaspoons red chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon coriander seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup fresh coriander leaves
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 burger buns
  • Lettuce, tomato, onion slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine ginger-garlic paste, lime juice, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, black pepper, fresh coriander leaves, fresh mint leaves, sugar, and salt. Blend into a smooth paste.
