Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 tablespoons Goan cafreal masala
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 8 flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- Salt to taste
- Butter for cooking
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the ginger-garlic paste, lime juice, Goan cafreal masala, and salt. Marinate the chicken breasts in this mixture for 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan and cook the marinated chicken until it is fully cooked. Once done, shred the chicken and set it aside.
- Place a tortilla on a flat surface and sprinkle some shredded cheese on one half of the tortilla. Add a portion of the cooked chicken on top of the cheese and fold the tortilla in half.
- Heat a pan and spread some butter on it. Place the filled tortilla in the pan and cook until the cheese is melted and the tortilla is golden brown on both sides.
- Repeat the process for the remaining tortillas.
