Ingredients

  • 250g pasta
  • 500g crab meat
  • 2 onions, finely chopped
  • 3 tomatoes, pureed
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 2 green chilies, slit
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons oil

Instructions

  1. Boil the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions, garlic, and ginger until golden brown.
  3. Add the tomato puree and cook until the oil separates.
  4. Stir in the turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and garam masala.
  5. Add the crab meat and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Pour in the coconut milk and simmer for 10 minutes.
  7. Stir in the cooked pasta and mix well.
  8. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
