Ingredients
- 250g pasta
- 500g crab meat
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 3 tomatoes, pureed
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 2 green chilies, slit
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons oil
Instructions
- Boil the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions, garlic, and ginger until golden brown.
- Add the tomato puree and cook until the oil separates.
- Stir in the turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and garam masala.
- Add the crab meat and cook for 5 minutes.
- Pour in the coconut milk and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Stir in the cooked pasta and mix well.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
