Ingredients
- 1 lb firm white fish fillets, cut into cubes
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp Goan fish masala
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste

- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- 1 onion, cut into chunks
- 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, Goan fish masala, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, lemon juice, and salt.
- Add the fish cubes to the marinade and coat them well. Let it marinate for 30 minutes.
- Thread the marinated fish cubes, onion chunks, and bell pepper chunks onto the soaked wooden skewers.
- Heat a grill pan or stovetop grill over medium heat. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally, until the fish is cooked through and has a charred exterior.
