Ingredients
- 500g boneless fish fillets
- 1 cup yogurt
- 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1/2 cup shredded cabbage
- 8 small tortillas
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, and lemon juice to make the marinade.
- Cut the fish fillets into cubes and coat them with the marinade. Let it marinate for 30 minutes.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the marinated fish until it is fully cooked and slightly charred.
- Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or in the oven.
