Ingredients

  • 500g boneless fish fillets
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cabbage
  • 8 small tortillas

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, and lemon juice to make the marinade.
  2. Cut the fish fillets into cubes and coat them with the marinade. Let it marinate for 30 minutes.
  3. Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the marinated fish until it is fully cooked and slightly charred.
  4. Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or in the oven.
  5. Assemble the tacos by placing the cooked fish tikka, sliced onion, diced tomato, and shredded cabbage on each tortilla.
