Ingredients
- 2 lbs pork shoulder, cut into chunks
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 inches ginger, grated
- 2 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp cloves
- Salt to taste
- 12 slider buns
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the pork, vinegar, garlic, ginger, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, turmeric, paprika, cayenne pepper, cinnamon, cloves, and salt. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add the marinated pork and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Reduce the heat to low, cover the pot, and simmer for 45 minutes, or until the pork is tender.
- Toast the slider buns and assemble the sliders with the pork vindaloo filling.
