Ingredients
- 1 lb pork shoulder, diced
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, minced

- 2-3 green chilies, chopped
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
- 8 small soft taco shells
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions
- Marinate the diced pork with turmeric, red chili powder, and salt. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and mustard seeds. Once they splutter, add the chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.
- Add the marinated pork to the pan and cook until it turns brown.

- Pour in the vinegar and simmer until the pork is tender and the sauce thickens.
