Goan Style Prawn Balchão Burger

Ingredients
- 500g prawns, cleaned and deveined
- 4 burger buns
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-inch ginger, grated
- 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
- 2-3 green chilies, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions, garlic, and ginger until golden brown.
- Add the tomatoes, green chilies, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, sugar, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes are soft.
- Pour in the vinegar and cook for a few minutes.
- Add the prawns and cook until they are done.
- Toast the burger buns and assemble the prawn balchão mixture inside the buns.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
