Ingredients

  • 2 lbs goat meat, cut into chunks
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 3 tomatoes, diced

  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp salt

  • 2 cups water
