Ingredients
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 2 tbsp gochujang paste
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 cup sliced vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, and onions)
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix the gochujang paste, soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil, and honey to make the sauce.
- In a large pan, sauté the vegetables until they are tender-crisp.
- Add the cooked spaghetti and the gochujang sauce to the pan. Toss everything together until the spaghetti is well coated with the sauce.
- Divide the pasta among serving plates and garnish with chopped green onions and toasted sesame seeds.
