Ingredients

  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 2 tbsp gochujang paste
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup sliced vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, and onions)
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the gochujang paste, soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil, and honey to make the sauce.
  3. In a large pan, sauté the vegetables until they are tender-crisp.
  4. Add the cooked spaghetti and the gochujang sauce to the pan. Toss everything together until the spaghetti is well coated with the sauce.
  5. Divide the pasta among serving plates and garnish with chopped green onions and toasted sesame seeds.
