Ingredients
- 2 lbs pork ribs
- 1/2 cup gochujang (Korean red chili paste)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 tbsp honey
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1/2 cup water
- Sesame seeds and sliced green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together gochujang, soy sauce, honey, garlic, sesame oil, and ginger to make the marinade.
- Place the pork ribs in a large resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over the ribs. Seal the bag and massage the marinade into the ribs. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
