Godeungeo Gui Grilled Mackerel (고등어구이)

Ingredients

  • 4 fresh mackerel fillets
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, garlic, ginger, and sesame seeds to make the marinade.
