Gofio Energy Balls (Bolas Energéticas de Gofio)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of gofio flour

Instructions

  2. Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Refrigerate the energy balls for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  4. Once firm, transfer the energy balls to an airtight container and store them in the refrigerator for up to one week.
