Ingredients
- 500g gofio (roasted corn or wheat flour)
- 1 liter water
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, bring the water to a boil.
- Gradually add the gofio to the boiling water, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
- Continue stirring and cooking the mixture over medium heat for about 10-15 minutes, until it thickens to a porridge-like consistency.
- Season with salt to taste.
- Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
