Ingredients
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup snow peas
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1/2 cup sliced water chestnuts
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
- Add the garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
- Add the broccoli, bell peppers, snow peas, carrots, and water chestnuts. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and water. Pour the sauce over the vegetables and stir to coat.
- Cook for another 2 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the vegetables.
- Transfer to a serving dish and serve hot.
