Ingredients

  • 500g horse meat, thinly sliced
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the horse meat, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and cumin until well combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into small sausage-like pieces and thread onto skewers.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  4. Cook the skewers for about 10 minutes on each side, or until the meat is golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Remove from the skillet and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
