Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked jasmine rice
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
  • 1/2 cup diced tofu
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon minced ginger
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a wok or large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced ginger and garlic, and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add the mixed vegetables and diced tofu, and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  4. Add the cooked rice to the wok, and drizzle with soy sauce. Stir-fry for 5-6 minutes, breaking up any clumps of rice.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and stir in the chopped green onions and cilantro.
  6. Remove from heat and serve the Golden Temple Fried Rice hot.
