Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked jasmine rice
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
- 1/2 cup diced tofu
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil

- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Instructions
- In a wok or large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add the minced ginger and garlic, and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the mixed vegetables and diced tofu, and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Add the cooked rice to the wok, and drizzle with soy sauce. Stir-fry for 5-6 minutes, breaking up any clumps of rice.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, and stir in the chopped green onions and cilantro.
- Remove from heat and serve the Golden Temple Fried Rice hot.
