Golden Temple Vegetable Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
  • 1/2 cup diced tofu
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp ginger powder
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add mixed vegetables and tofu, and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add cooked rice, soy sauce, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add chopped green onions and mix well. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and serve hot.
