Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)

- 2 tbsp soy sauce

- 1/2 tsp ginger powder
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add mixed vegetables and tofu, and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Add cooked rice, soy sauce, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
- Add chopped green onions and mix well. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
