Ingredients
- 2 large sea cucumbers, soaked and cleaned
- 8 dried shiitake mushrooms, soaked and stems removed
- 1 can (8 oz) abalone sauce
- 4 slices ginger
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 green onions, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch, dissolved in 2 tablespoons water
- Salt and white pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the ginger, garlic, and green onions, and sauté until fragrant.
