Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, sliced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Wash the chicken feet and trim off any excess skin or nails.
  2. In a large pot, heat some oil over medium heat and sauté the garlic, ginger, and green onions until fragrant.
  3. Add the chicken feet to the pot and stir-fry for a few minutes.
  4. Stir in the black bean sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar until the chicken feet are well coated.
  5. Pour in the water and bring the mixture to a boil. Then reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 2 hours or until the chicken feet are tender.
