Ingredients
- 1 kg chicken feet
- 3 tbsp black bean sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Wash the chicken feet and trim off any excess skin or nails.
- In a large pot, heat some oil over medium heat and sauté the garlic, ginger, and green onions until fragrant.
- Add the chicken feet to the pot and stir-fry for a few minutes.
- Stir in the black bean sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar until the chicken feet are well coated.
- Pour in the water and bring the mixture to a boil. Then reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 2 hours or until the chicken feet are tender.
- Once the chicken feet are tender, uncover the pot and continue to cook until the sauce thickens.
