Ingredients

  • 500g minced pork
  • 150g water chestnut, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp white pepper
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 stalks green onions, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the minced pork, water chestnut, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and white pepper until well combined.
  2. Add the cornstarch and mix until the mixture becomes sticky.
  3. Grease a heatproof dish with vegetable oil and transfer the pork mixture into the dish, spreading it out evenly.
  4. Steam over high heat for 15 minutes or until the pork is cooked through.
  5. Sprinkle the green onions on top and serve hot.
