Gordon Ramsay Risotto
This Gordon Ramsay-inspired risotto recipe is a creamy and flavorful dish that is perfect for a special dinner at home.
Ingredients
- Arborio rice
- Chicken or vegetable broth
- Butter
- Onion
- White wine
- Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper
- Fresh parsley
Instructions
- Heat the broth in a saucepan and keep it warm over low heat.
- In a separate large pan, melt the butter and sauté the finely chopped onion until soft.
- Add the rice to the pan and stir for a couple of minutes until it is well coated with the butter.
- Pour in the white wine and let it simmer until it has almost evaporated.
- Add a ladle of warm broth to the rice and stir constantly until the liquid is absorbed.
- Continue adding the broth, one ladle at a time, and stirring constantly until the rice is cooked al dente.
- Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve hot.
