Ingredients
- 2 lbs beef chuck, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 onions, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 red bell peppers, diced

- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 2 large potatoes, peeled and diced
