Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the melted butter, eggs, buttermilk, and vanilla extract until well combined.
