Gower's Teriyaki Beef Stir-fry

Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup snow peas
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
- Add the sliced beef and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
- Heat the remaining tablespoon of oil in the same skillet. Add the garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for 1 minute.
- Add the bell peppers, snow peas, and broccoli to the skillet. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are crisp-tender.
- Return the beef to the skillet and pour in the teriyaki sauce. Stir-fry for an additional 2 minutes to heat through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the teriyaki beef stir-fry hot over steamed rice or noodles.
