Gower's Teriyaki Beef Stir-fry

Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup snow peas
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
  2. Add the sliced beef and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
  3. Heat the remaining tablespoon of oil in the same skillet. Add the garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for 1 minute.
  4. Add the bell peppers, snow peas, and broccoli to the skillet. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are crisp-tender.
  5. Return the beef to the skillet and pour in the teriyaki sauce. Stir-fry for an additional 2 minutes to heat through.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve the teriyaki beef stir-fry hot over steamed rice or noodles.
