Ingredients
- 1 pre-made pizza crust
- 1 cup sliced goya (bitter melon)
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced pork belly
- 1/2 cup sliced red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup sliced onion
- 1/4 cup sliced shiitake mushrooms
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a skillet, cook the pork belly until browned. Add the goya, red bell pepper, onion, and shiitake mushrooms. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
- Place the pre-made pizza crust on a baking sheet. Spread the cooked ingredients evenly over the crust.
