Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pizza crust
  • 1 cup sliced goya (bitter melon)
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced pork belly
  • 1/2 cup sliced red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup sliced onion
  • 1/4 cup sliced shiitake mushrooms
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the pork belly until browned. Add the goya, red bell pepper, onion, and shiitake mushrooms. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
  3. Place the pre-made pizza crust on a baking sheet. Spread the cooked ingredients evenly over the crust.
