Goya Champuru Pizza Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 package of pizza dough
  • 1 cup of cooked and crumbled spam
  • 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup of thinly sliced goya (bitter melon)
  • 1/4 cup of thinly sliced onion
  • 1/4 cup of diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup of chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup of ketchup
  • 1/4 cup of mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough and cut it into 12 equal squares.
  3. In a bowl, mix the spam, mozzarella cheese, goya, onion, tomatoes, and green onions.
  4. Place a spoonful of the mixture onto each square of pizza dough.
