Ingredients
- 1 package of pizza dough
- 1 cup of cooked and crumbled spam
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup of thinly sliced goya (bitter melon)
- 1/4 cup of thinly sliced onion
- 1/4 cup of diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup of chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup of ketchup
- 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
